CORE COMPETENCIES

Great Women portrait collections promote inclusive environments by revealing the impact of ‘women’s work.’

  • Our portraits turn boardrooms, offices, hallways into unique, inclusive showcases for the ‘female face’ of innovation.
  • Our large-scale portraits reflect an investment and ‘everyday embrace’ of inclusion as leadership priority.
  • Biographies and portraits of female innovators create simple, powerful 'design interventions' that can impact in-house mindsets: our portraits spark a new understanding of what 'women's work' really means.

DIFFERENTIATORS

Behavioral science research shows simple ‘design interventions’ can have a powerful impact on organizations. ‘Great Women’ portrait collections can:

  • Be customized to reflect clients’ values
  • Reveal diversity as engine for innovation
  • Promote a more inclusive atmosphere
  • Foster sense of connection via  shared insights into the world-changing impact of ‘women’s work’
